Selected Work

Work built around real business problems.

Websites, SEO and advertising projects where the work needed to do more than look good.

Some clients need a completely new website. Others need better search visibility, stronger advertising, faster performance or somebody to take over a digital setup that has become difficult to manage.

Website + SEO

From a new website to sustained organic search growth.

WA 4WD Rental Business

The project combined a custom website with an accelerated local SEO strategy, useful educational content and ongoing refinement around commercially valuable searches.

Organic traffic 0 → 2,125

June 2023 to December 2025

Organic search visibility developed steadily as the website matured, local search signals improved and new content expanded the number of useful searches the business could appear for.

The site also achieved top-three positions across many priority commercial searches relevant to the business.

Organic growth

Progress developed over time rather than arriving in one sudden jump.

Jun 2023 0
Dec 2023 60
Jun 2024 525
Dec 2024 1,252
Jun 2025 1,615
Dec 2025 2,125

What contributed

The result came from several parts of the website working together.

Website A custom foundation

The website was built around the business, its services and the information customers needed before making a booking decision.

Local SEO Stronger commercial visibility

Local search work focused on improving the site's relevance for commercially useful searches rather than chasing traffic for its own sake.

Content Useful educational coverage

Supporting content expanded the site's ability to answer related customer questions and appear across a wider range of relevant searches.

Refinement Continued improvement

The strategy continued evolving as search data, rankings and website performance showed where the next opportunities were.

Connected services

Website design and SEO were treated as one connected project.

The website gave the SEO strategy somewhere strong to grow from, while search data helped guide which pages and content deserved further work.

Website Design SEO Services Local SEO

This is one anonymised project example. Organic search results vary by business, market, competition, website condition, content, location and ongoing investment. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

Website Performance

A business website built to perform properly, not just look polished.

Australian Mining Services Website

This project shows the technical side of our website work. The finished site achieved very strong Google PageSpeed Insights scores across desktop and mobile testing.

What helps

Performance comes from the whole build, not one optimisation plugin at the end.

Structure Keep the build efficient

Avoid unnecessary layout complexity and features that add weight without improving the customer experience.

Assets Control image and media weight

Images and other assets should be prepared for the way they are actually being used rather than loading more data than the page needs.

Scripts Be selective about third-party code

Advertising, analytics, plugins and embedded tools can all add overhead, so we avoid loading unnecessary scripts where possible.

Hosting Give the website a suitable environment

Hosting is another part of performance. The website still needs a reliable environment after the design and development work is finished.

What the scores mean

PageSpeed scores are useful evidence, but they are not the entire website.

Lighthouse tests help identify technical performance, accessibility, best-practice and SEO issues in a controlled test. We still consider usability, content, conversion paths and the real business purpose of the website alongside those scores.

Important distinction

These are Lighthouse lab scores, not Core Web Vitals field results.

PageSpeed Insights can contain both laboratory testing and real-user field data when enough field data is available. The results shown here refer to the Lighthouse lab test scores recorded for this website.

Connected services

Performance is part of the website build and the hosting setup.

Because 4Digital handles both website design and hosting, we can work on the build itself and the environment it runs in rather than treating performance as somebody else's responsibility.

Website Design Website Hosting Website Support

PageSpeed and Lighthouse scores can change as website content, third-party scripts, hosting conditions, test conditions and Google testing methods change. These results are a recorded example from this project and are not a guarantee that every page or future test will return the same score.

Google Ads + Meta Ads

From campaign launch to online bookings within five days.

Local Chiropractic Clinic

A focused local advertising campaign combining Google Search activity with custom Meta creative, careful tracking and ongoing optimisation.

Combined tracked ROAS 10.8x

Based on approximately $5,307.50 in tracked estimated revenue from $489.91 in combined advertising spend.

Early result Bookings within 5 days

Online bookings began appearing within five days of campaign launch, giving us useful conversion data early in the optimisation process.

Campaign metrics

Results were measured against customer actions, not clicks alone.

Estimated revenue $5,307.50
Advertising spend $489.91
Attributed conversions 48.25
Cost per conversion $10.15
Click-through rate 11.62%
Conversion rate 37.36%

Two channels, two roles

Google and Meta were used for different stages of customer intent.

Google Ads Capture active demand

Search campaigns targeted people already looking for relevant local services and gave them a direct path into the website.

Meta Ads Create local awareness and interest

Custom visuals and campaign messaging introduced the clinic to relevant local audiences across Facebook and Instagram.

What we worked on

The result came from more than turning campaigns on.

Research Understand the local market

We looked at the service area, likely customer intent and how the campaign could make the available budget work harder.

Google Ads Build around useful searches

Campaigns were structured around commercial search intent, relevant keywords and ongoing search term review.

Meta Creative Develop custom campaign assets

We created targeted visuals and scripts for the Meta side rather than relying only on generic clinic imagery.

Tracking Connect advertising to bookings

Conversion tracking helped us assess the campaign against customer actions rather than judging success by traffic alone.

Budget discipline

A smaller budget puts more pressure on every campaign decision.

With limited spend available, there was less room for unfocused traffic, weak creative or poorly tracked conversions. Research, targeting and ongoing optimisation had to stay tightly connected to the business goal.

Measurement

Advertising platforms do not provide a perfect view of every customer journey.

The figures shown here reflect the conversion and estimated revenue data available through the campaign tracking at the time. Attribution can be affected by browser privacy, device changes, consent settings and other measurement limitations.

Connected services

Paid advertising works better when the website and tracking can be improved too.

Because 4Digital also works on websites, we can address landing pages, forms, conversion tracking and other issues outside the advertising platforms when they are holding campaign performance back.

Google Ads Meta Ads Website Support

This is an anonymised combined Google Ads and Meta Ads case study. The figures should not be interpreted as results from either platform in isolation. Estimated revenue and conversions reflect the tracking available to the campaign at the time. Results vary by business, market, offer, audience, competition, website, tracking and budget. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

Brand + Website

One digital identity across the website and the material around it.

Perth Recruitment Company

This project extended beyond the website itself, bringing together branding, a custom recruitment website, business collateral and an email marketing setup under one consistent direction.

Project scope Four connected parts
Brand Establish the visual direction

Create a consistent identity that could carry through digital and supporting business material.

Website Build a unique recruitment website

Design the website around the recruitment business rather than dropping the content into a generic corporate template.

Collateral Carry the identity beyond the website

Supporting collateral was developed so the visual direction remained consistent across more of the business.

Email Set up the marketing channel

Email marketing was set up as another practical way for the business to communicate with its audience.

Custom website

The website needed its own identity, not the standard recruitment-agency look.

Recruitment websites can quickly become visually interchangeable. The aim here was to create something specific to the business and connect the presentation of the website back to the wider brand.

That gave the project a clearer foundation for content, communication and future digital work without relying on a pre-built visual formula.

Connected identity

A brand becomes more useful when it survives contact with real business material.

Website Main digital presence

The website became the primary online expression of the business and its visual identity.

Collateral Consistent supporting material

Brand elements could carry into practical documents and other business material rather than stopping at the website.

Email Ongoing communication

Email marketing added another channel that could use the same tone and presentation rather than feeling disconnected from the rest of the brand.

Support One team across the work

Keeping the website and related digital work connected reduces the need to coordinate several separate providers for every change.

The broader approach

Sometimes the website is only one part of what needs fixing.

This project is a good example of where 4Digital can work across more than web design. When the branding, website, collateral and communication all need attention, it makes sense to consider them together rather than creating four unrelated pieces.

Connected services

The website can sit inside a wider digital system when the business needs it.

4Digital can continue supporting the website after launch and help with content, communication and future digital changes as the business evolves.

Website Design Copywriting Website Support

This project has been anonymised to protect the client's business identity. The scope shown here reflects the services delivered without linking the case study to a named organisation.
